Recently, TikTok said that it is testing 15-minute video uploads to TechCrunch. This announcement came after some users began to get notifications about the new functionality.
A TikTok screenshot with the caption "Upload longer videos" was posted by social media analyst Matt Navarra on Threads.
The message said, "Upload videos up to 15 minutes long!" "Ensure that your app is up-to-date, then try uploading from your app or desktop on tiktok.com."
TikTok is testing 15-minute videos
For some time now, TikTok has been gradually increasing the duration of its video uploads.
The app first included 15-second films, but over time, it expanded to one minute, three minutes, and most recently, ten minutes in February 2022.
It is important to note that these 15-minute movies are currently just being tested.
There is no information available on when or if they will be made available to all users. It wouldn't be a huge surprise, though, considering how things have been going.
