For a whole day, users may now publish 2-second looping videos as Notes with text descriptions. This is in addition to the Notes that are now based on text and emojis.
According to a new announcement from the Meta-owned app, users may now post videos to Notes, an Instagram feature that was first introduced in December of last year.
Notes could only contain changes that were text or emoji-based till recently. But going ahead, people can upload brief videos with text descriptions.
Instagram Notes feature
The feature is a 2-second video note that loops and is viewable for 24 hours to a person's close friends or mutual followers.
While it may seem similar to Stories, there are some important differences between the two. Stories enable you to publish material that lasts longer than two seconds, while the former has a 2-second loop limit.
Another distinction is that you can only share anything captured with your device's front-facing camera while using video notes.
Furthermore, the video may only be recorded using the Instagram app on your smartphone; it cannot be posted from the gallery on the device.
